BlogWorks XML is an ASP based blog tool that supports XML and RSS. I found it while searching for an ASP based blog tool for my site. It is free and was easy to setup and get started. Unfortunately, the developer is no longer supporting the tool. So, I have posted the latest downloads here for anyone that would like to try it out. Maybe someone will want to take over updates and development of the software. The software was written by someone named Adrian. I would like to find his full name and email address, but it wasn't on his site.
